ALL SHOP LABOR RATES $40/hr. PLUS PARTS!
** Home service calls, pick up, and delivery charges are different rates! **
Our in shop working figure is based on a $40 per hour labor rate and the average cost of repair for a unit of that type, including parts! All units will be repaired if under the posted working figure. Please note, your unit MAY BE LESS TO REPAIR, but not more. Some repairs have multiple problems. If your unit requires additional charges, you will be called with an additional estimate. If that estimate is refused at that time, you will only be responsible for the deposit that was first made, not the hours put into the unit for diagnosis. Your deposit will not be refunded. It will be the charge for the technicians time on your unit. We feel this is fair to both parties involved.

Our warranty is 30 days from the date picked up from our shop. We only warranty the parts and labor that we have completed. We are not responsible for acts of God such as power surges, electrical storms, or water damage. We are not responsible if foreign substance is found to have damaged your unit.
