Q:   How long will it take to repair my product?

A:   Your unit is looked at with in 2 working days. If we have the part and nothing special is needed, It should be ready with in 5 days. There are times that we get overwelmed with units, epecially after electrical storms. In these cases, we may be backed up 5 or 7 days.

Q:  What happens to my deposite?

A:  If your unit is repaired, the deposite gets applied to the total repair. If we run into a case where you unit needs more than expected,  we will call you with an updated estimate. If at that time you refuse the repair, your deposite goes towards the time needed to troubleshoot your unit.. Some deposited are more than others due to the amount of time needed to get to the trouble with tour unit. Please  see our rate schedule for rates and deposites.

Q: What is the warranty after repair?

A:  We have a 30 day warranty on the parts we replace and 30 days on the work we preform.

Q;  Can I ship my unit to you for repair?

A:  Yes, Please send in the correct deposite along with proof of purchase if in manufacture warranty.  We will contact you by email when recieved if you're on the internet. Please previde us with your email, or phone number.
